At RevJett, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services tailored for hoteliers and property owners. Since our services are custom-built and non-tangible, we have a clear refund and return policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.

 

1. No Return on Digital Services

All services provided by RevJett (e.g., website development, OTA listings, social media management, reputation management, etc.) are non-returnable, as they are digital, personalized, and delivered electronically.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once a service has been initiated, work has begun, or digital assets have been delivered. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Website design and development

  • Listing creation or management on OTAs

  • Social media strategy or posts

  • Photography or graphic assets

  • Consulting or reputation management tasks

3. Exceptions – At Our Discretion

Refunds or partial credits may be considered only under the following rare conditions:

  • The project has not yet been started AND

  • A formal cancellation request is made in writing within 24 hours of payment

Approved refunds, if any, will be credited within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project satisfaction and avoid misunderstandings, clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate information, images, and access credentials on time

  • Clearly communicate goals, changes, and feedback during the project timeline

  • Review drafts and revisions within the agreed timeline

Failure to cooperate or delays from the client’s end are not valid grounds for refund.
